🔞 AGE REQUIREMENT

Use of 1ALMEGA COMPAGNIE is reserved for persons aged 18 or older.
By creating an account, the user confirms that they are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to use the services offered.
Persons under 18 are not authorized to create or use a 1ALMEGA COMPAGNIE account.

1. PRESENTATION

1ALMEGA COMPAGNIE is a digital platform bringing together various services, including:

ALMEGA Wallet ;
Networks ;
Marketplace ;
Deposit ;
Withdrawal ;
Exchange ;
Business ;
Team and Referral ;
Tasks ;
KYC Verification ;
Customer Support ;
Community Services.

Available features may evolve, be improved, suspended or modified by 1ALMEGA COMPAGNIE.

2. REGISTRATION

To create an account, the user must provide, in particular:

their full name ;
their email address ;
their WhatsApp number ;
their country ;
a secure password.

The user must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Only one personal account is allowed per person, unless specifically authorized by 1ALMEGA COMPAGNIE.
The referral code is optional during registration.
When a valid referral code is used, the new member may be linked to their referrer in the Team system.
The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

3. NETWORKS

The Networks offered on 1ALMEGA COMPAGNIE provide access to certain platform features according to the conditions of the selected Network.
Features, benefits, conditions, prices and durations may vary depending on the Network.
The user must review the information displayed at the time of activation before confirming.
Once a Network is activated, the applicable refund conditions are those displayed at the time of purchase.

4. ALMEGA WALLET

⚠️ ALMEGA WALLET IS INDEPENDENT FROM THE 1ALMEGA COMPAGNIE WALLET SYSTEM.

The ALMEGA Wallet is a separate wallet area from the balances and wallets used by other features of the 1ALMEGA COMPAGNIE system.

It should not be considered a simple extension of the internal balance displayed on the Dashboard.

When creating an ALMEGA Wallet, a recovery phrase consisting of 12 words is generated to secure access to the wallet.

🔐 USER RESPONSIBILITY

The user is fully responsible for keeping their recovery phrase safe.
It is strongly recommended to:

write down the 12 words on a secure medium ;
keep several copies in safe places ;
never share the 12 words with another person ;
never publish them on the Internet ;
never send them to customer support ;
never enter them on an unknown website or application.

1ALMEGA COMPAGNIE will never ask for your 12-word recovery phrase.
Anyone possessing this phrase may potentially access the relevant wallet.
Loss or disclosure of this phrase may result in loss of access to the Wallet.

5. WITHDRAWALS

Withdrawals are subject to the platform's security rules and controls.

🔐 KYC REQUIRED

KYC verification is mandatory before making a withdrawal.
The user must have their identity verified before their withdrawal can be processed.
Providing a bank card is not mandatory for KYC verification.
The user may use an official administrative document accepted by the verification system, according to the documents available during the procedure.
The document must be valid, readable and belong to the person concerned.

⏱️ PROCESSING TIME

After KYC validation and satisfaction of the conditions required for the operation, withdrawal requests are processed within 0 to 24 hours maximum.

6. DEPOSITS AND EXCHANGES

Deposit and exchange services are subject to the conditions, rates and fees displayed on the platform at the time of the operation.
Before confirming a transaction, the user must check:

the amount ;
the currency ;
the applicable rate ;
any applicable fees ;
the destination address or information when necessary.

A confirmed transaction may be irreversible depending on the service used.

7. MARKETPLACE AND BUSINESS

The Marketplace allows users to access various products and services offered on the platform.
The Business section may allow members to present or offer their activities, products or services.
Users must provide honest information and comply with applicable rules.
Any fraudulent, misleading or illegal activity is prohibited.

8. TASK SYSTEM

The Tasks section allows members and participants to access campaigns according to the conditions defined by the platform.
Campaigns must be completed according to the stated rules.
It is strictly prohibited to:

create fake accounts ;
use multiple accounts for the same person ;
use bots ;
perform fraudulent validations ;
artificially manipulate results ;
use methods intended to circumvent the rules.

Any fraud may result in suspension or permanent deletion of the account.

9. TEAM AND REFERRAL

Each member may have a referral link and code.
The referral system allows new members to be linked to a team according to 1ALMEGA COMPAGNIE rules.
Commissions and possible benefits depend on the conditions applicable to the Network and the levels defined by the platform.
Referral rules may be modified or updated by 1ALMEGA COMPAGNIE.
Referral does not constitute a guarantee of income.

10. PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR

It is notably prohibited to:

create fake accounts ;
use false documents ;
impersonate another person ;
use fraudulent bots or automated systems ;
manipulate tasks ;
carry out fraudulent transactions ;
attempt to circumvent security systems ;
send spam ;
distribute illegal content ;
use official WhatsApp or Telegram groups for fraudulent purposes ;
ask another user for their 12-word recovery phrase.

Any violation may result in suspension or closure of the account.

11. ACCOUNT SECURITY

The user is responsible for the security of their account.
They must protect in particular:

their password ;
their login codes ;
their personal information ;
their ALMEGA Wallet recovery phrase ;
their devices used to access their account.

1ALMEGA COMPAGNIE never asks by private message for a user's password or 12-word recovery phrase.

12. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

1ALMEGA COMPAGNIE may temporarily or permanently suspend an account in case of:

fraud ;
use of false documents ;
unauthorized multiple accounts ;
violation of these terms ;
attempted hacking ;
system manipulation ;
illegal activity ;
behavior endangering the security of the platform or other users.

13. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

1ALMEGA COMPAGNIE may modify or update these Terms of Use to reflect changes to the platform, its services, operating rules or applicable requirements.
The version published on the platform is the version in force from its update date.

14. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account or using the services of 1ALMEGA COMPAGNIE, the user acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use.
